Why do you want anyone to pay for an EXPENSIVE subscription to get the full adventure? Being only red and blue seems to start getting boring, there are some kids out there that want their favorite color in this game.

We LOVE bluezoo apps!!! When it works these apps (blocks) are amazing for learning!!!! My son loves this game, and we pay for it on 5 devices! After “Easter” up date and new options, every time we open it, a big square pops up and says RESTORE PURCHASE monthly or yearly. Go to my subscriptions and it says PAID. contacted Apple, deleted, redownloaded RE-PAID and even factory reset doesn’t fix. Made me so mad. my son likes to click the color lines on side and watch the little videos by color, and now all he can do is move the colors around..even though we pay for full interaction. Sad especially with autism they get used to same things, and melt down when it’s no longer working, but doesn’t understand why. Has the other colorblocks app, and all he can do is paint/color. Please FIX bluezoo! We love your apps!

When it works, it’s great

When the app works as intended, it’s great! Plenty of fun activities. But it’s very glitchy and often doesn’t work well. We paid for a yearly premium subscription, but I currently can’t access any of the premium features. The restore purchases screen pops up, but if you touch any part of the pop up, it only moves the background (behind the pop up) around. When we are using the app, I have to shut out of it and start the game over multiple times as we run into different bugs. I really want this app to work well and wish it ran smoothly.
Can’t Access Membership
One Perspective
Sadly, I paid for a full year membership and it’s been such a hassle to access it. I give up on this and cancelled the membership so it doesn’t automatically renew for another year. Sometimes you find yourself wasting money unintentionally and this was one of those times. I have buyers remorse but will eventually recover. The app is quite clever and my child enjoys it. I just wish he could access what we paid for.
