Dear Parents,
Most families struggle with children’s dental care. To help families overcome the common challenges, we have created this app that provides reliable information and parenting strategies for keeping children’s teeth healthy and free of pain. Currently, the app is only available to participants in our research study.
Development of this app has been carried out through a private/public collaboration between Influents Innovations, Oregon Research Institute & The Oregon Community Foundation. The goal of this partnership is to offer an engaging and supportive oral health prevention intervention program to families attending parenting education classes and families receiving home visiting services through Head Start.
The Be Ready to Smile app aims to make it easier for families to build daily dental care routines with their children, prevent painful cavities, and keep dental costs low. BeReady2Smile.mobi includes videos and tools for making dental care with children more fun.
You may also be asked to have a call with a coach to make a dental plan for your child.
