In this app, you'll have access to videos of real women—not actors—sharing their experiences before and after giving birth. Whether you're pregnant now or have recently given birth, you will learn how to make your life better. This easy-to-follow program combines video, text, and audio-based lessons with interactive content to give you the support you need, when you need it. Morning, noon, or midnight feeding—no matter the time of day—you'll feel empowered in preparing for life as a parent. The InBloom app is based on the evidence-based ROSE Program, developed by Dr. Caron Zlotnick, and has been shown in a series of published studies to reduce postpartum depression by up to 50%.
