I’ve have always been a workaholic. After my first 2 grandchildren (4months apart) were born, I realized how much time I had spent outwardly focused on work. The universe took over and 2 very large clients cancelled several months ago. I had to decide to either go full force into replacing them or to accept the additional free time as a sign to refocus my energy, slow down and enjoy time with these precious new baby boys! I chose to refocus. Of course the financial adjustment was extreme and some days I’m filled with anxiety. But 50 days ago I decided to really make use of the app. First with the Trust the Universe Challenge. Then doing a daily practice of my choice and I’m currently wrapping up the Emotional Wellbeing challenge. Doing this every day had led to a radical shift to focus on overall self care! I now exercise more, pay closer attention to my nutrition and my most important “project” is me! I want to live a long healthy life to see these and future grandchildren grow and thrive. Financially it has been an adjustment, but I trust in the universe with much more grace and ease because of my daily practice. I know that once I have fully integrated the practice of me being my most important project, additional “financial abundance” will flow as well. I am grounded, I am driven to put my well being first and I know that I am guided by the universe and safe! TY Gabby!! ❤️

I bought the Gabby coaching app after doing the 21 day manifesting challenge. I was apprehensive about spending money on an app, but every day I am more and more grateful that I did! I have used a different meditation app for over 12 years, so I am very familiar with this world and I can say with authority- this app is truly outstanding if you are in need of some daily boosts and guidance. Gabby’s care and love come through in a way that feels very personal, like you have someone who is on your side, rooting you on. There are meditations for every situation you’re in need of -even for while you’re getting your nails done- and you can search by different lengths for the time you have. I start my day by picking a mediation based on what I feel I need- protection, surrender, uplifting, body love, etc. Then I listen to some daily coaching while I do my morning routine. It’s a great way to start the day. It’s like they thought of everything- I had wanted to get into morning journaling but picking up a pen and notebook first thing seemed a little too much for me. Gabby’s app has a journal section that you can do before or after your daily meditation right from your phone. I just completed a 7 day body-love challenge that really helped me to change how I feel about my body almost immediately. And I love that I can go back and redo the challenges whenever I need to.I had been looking for positive things to listen to while I detoxed from being a news junkie, and Gabby’s app came along at exactly the right time for me. Thank you so much for making this, it’s exactly what we needed!

Quite genuinely, I found this app to so simply and beautiful designed, and so much better than expected. I anticipated your sort of typical app, navigating down menus of different recorded meditations. You open the app, and it’s this gorgeous affirmation right in front of you. It sets the tone. Every week, the teachings are laid out for you, and this is where I wasn’t expecting Gabby to have legit lessons that are easily digestible. I feel so supported every time I open the app, and I feel almost silly writing that. One of my favorite features is having the Get Gabby tab. I didn’t know what it was, but I was having a rough weekend and that tab led me to bite-size little messages from Gabby on how to get through. I’m clearly a fan, and have been reading her books for years, but I’m not a reviewer, which just means that this app has been really so much more powerful and delightful than I anticipated. Looking forward to seeing how the app evolves and improves over some time (e.g., more ease with listening to the long talks, but also worth noting I'm stoked those are in there) — there are great forms to be able to fill in with any feedback all along the way, so I know it will just be better and better, though it’s already great. Thanks Gabby & Team. Sincerely.

I am so grateful that the Universe placed gabby’s coaching and meditation app before me. I don’t even recall how it happened. gabby integrates my favorite teachers and guides in her own wisdom, yet filters all through her own life experience, compassion and creativity. The app hones gabby’s teachings, thoughtfulness and popular talks. It’s well designed, with myriad resources for myriad moods and needs. I haven’t tried Gabby AI, yet I will be testing it (see the get gabby menu item at the bottom). I appreciate all she put into the app, and during this 7-day trial has often been my first resource—for meditations, or event talks and q and a’s, spinning the digital card deck, collecting favorites I’ve hearted, meditations and an abundance of audios that span her various venues (talks, podcasts). There are a wealth of challenges, too, all as part of the $199 annual cost. Everything we journal, whether as part of a daily challenge or coaching, is preserved by date and category under the Journal menu item. I can even write individual entries. I especially like seeing how many others are online with me (scroll to the home page bottom). Thank you, team gabby, including the universe. This is one life-changing, user-friendly, inspiring, empowering, Self Help app.
