The censorship system is RIDICULOUS. And let just to be clear I understand why it was set up in the first place but… Non nsfw post get flagged for being nsfw and you end up with creeps getting the wrong impressions of the nature of your post. And I constantly have to retype and delete my post till the nsfw tag goes away. I like the app but this is too much and very disappointing. If there was a better alternative, I’d gladly move there. But this will do for now.

It was actually really good like 3-4 months ago. It seemed to get better and then they messed everything up by adding WAY too many adds. Want to open app? Add, open up chats right after add is over? Add, mid typing to someone after add is over, new add. It’s not even a short add it’s one one of those wait 15 second adds to get the skip button. The adds themselves are a minute long at least. I get an add every minute now and it’s so frustrating and infuriating that I don’t even wanna use this app anymore. I actually want to chat with people, not text 1 person and be bombarded with adds between almost every message and scrolls. Why can’t they make adds at the bottom like before that just played silently and didn’t bother anyone. The adds give viruses which they say it’s not their problem we click on it when they purposely have a delay when wanting to open chats where the add suddenly pops up to make the person tap on it by mistake. Terrible now with the adds.

It’s my first time writing a review for an app but this was really getting out of hand so I needed to talk about it, hush is full of really really creepy people with like 300+ downvotes on their profiles and so many reports and they still wouldn’t get banned, it’s extremely buggy sometimes your chats won’t send for whatever reason, searching through the chats option also works like 1 out of 6 times u try it, it doesn’t send notifications most of the times, u get ads every 30-60 seconds and there are even more ads on bottom of the screen and between the chats, which makes the app much slower and consumes a lot of battery for bellow minimum performance from the app itselfDespite all of that I have met some really nice people on this app and it makes me sad that I have to delete it after almost 1.5 years since it just keeps getting worse instead of better

So when I first got this app, it was actually pretty nice. Not as buggy. It was actually kind of stable. Then they started making it to where the ads would come through. At first, it wasn’t too bad. And then anytime you were scrolling, anytime you touched something, anytime you were actually writing either a post, Paul, or message, they would push an ad through. This is not what we wanted. This is ridiculous. Originally, I was giving them a four star. However, with everything that they have “improved upon“ has made me drop that rating down to a one.
