I have had EWallet for over 20 years now and was considering switching to this new “Keeper” system but after a few minutes of thrashing around , I came to the conclusion that I will keep what works for me so well. It has been my salvation as while it is relatively simplistic, it also has a very good, stable, and highly secure password memory. Being around from the days of DOS, I am burnt out trying to remember all the hundreds of passwords that we need to gain access to myriads of sites. Because of idiots out there that have decided to steal for a living, we must now use a different pw for every site you want to access and after years of using the same one for many web sites, I can now not take the chance of doing it that way anymore. So along came EWallet and after a very short learning curve, I can feel confident that I have control over my “secret” personal data. The folks that developed it have always been very easy to deal with and when I had a problem, they were very quick to fully explain how I needed to fix whatever issue I had. I give them the highest rating possible because they deserve it!

I've used this app for over 10 years. It has always worked perfectly for me. The syncing issues are now gone for shared devices and it's been an absolute necessity for my many accounts. Instead of either using the same passwords, or worrying that I'll forget one, I can easily use unique passwords on any account because I know I will always have it on my phone. And if I lose it on my phone, it is backed up on my computer and I pad. If I ever lost my real wallet, all my cards and Id's including my library card are in eWallet with contact info. Professional licenses and passports too. Ever want to try an online service and had to sign up for a month? Plug in a completely random password generated by eWallet and don't fear that if they get hacked the password may be used on another account of yours. Yahoo was hacked 2 years ago and they just found out. If your yahoo password was used on other accounts like credit cards, you were vulnerable. With eWallet, use a unique password for every account and change them as often as you like. Solid app, upgrades are meaningful, fast and easy to use. I use it ALL THE TIME!

I've been using this app for years and on different platforms. Now I use it on an iPhone, a Windows pc, and an iMac. All three are synched together, and I'm confident that my data is secure and can be easily accessed regardless of where I'm working. With hundreds of entries, there's a quick search routine to find what I'm looking for fast. I'm not fond of having to customize apps, and with eWallet I don't have to. There are templates for almost all of my needs. Of course there are a few things where the fields don't fit what I'm using, but it's so easy to make changes, that I forget that this is actually customizing. It's easy to store most kinds of data. The form entry is especially great when recording stuff on the fly. I often copy and paste info from my desktop into eWallet. It syncs and is usable across all three of my devices. There have been occasions that I've needed to print information right from the app. I love how you can click on a web link right from inside the application. Some people have complained about losing data, and while I admit I've lived through frustrations of losing data, this is a mature application with an easy to use backup capability built in. There's no reason anyone using this should ever lose data when the backup is so easy to use. My wife recently started using it, and now she loves eWallet too. She "needs" simple, so that's should be a statement about how easy eWallet is to use. If I could add one thing? Well, it would be cool if I could exchange data with her, but there's a lot to be said about keeping our files and passwords separate. About tech support... Over the years, there have been occasional bugs as Ilium has made updates. I have to say that they've always been prompt to fix issues and progressive in adding functionality. They always offer support that they promise. So, eWallet is just one easy to use, but seriously great application.

I have been using this app since 2009, maybe longer, and it has never let me down. I have used Windows ( classic but not tile version), Mac, iPhone, and iPad versions. It’s as customizable as I could ever want. It took a little longer for me to understand the newer sync process but that’s on me, not Ilium, because it works well. I always compare sync jobs for data errors. I have experimented with a couple of other wallet brands to test feature for feature but still never found anything better or that made me feel more secure. To be fair, I cannot rate the cloud functionality because I do not use it. I am one of those who just doesn’t trust cloud technology to be as secure as it is advertised regardless if you are Ilium, Microsoft, Apple, or any other company. I have dealt with tech support several times regarding minor issues like font styles or sync how-tos and cannot find any reason to complain. I hope they never sell the company because this is how a company should be run. Great product, great service!
