We've made several enhancements and added new features to improve your experience and provide more robust support directly through the app. Here’s what you can look forward to in the latest update: New Features: • Member Support Messaging: Need assistance? Now you can send a message directly to a member support specialist or start an interactive chat session right from the app. Get the help you need, when you need it, with real-time support. • Offline News Feed: Stay informed at all times by accessing our news feed offline. Important union updates and news are now available to you without the need for an internet connection. • Messaging Inbox: Our new messaging inbox feature allows you to receive and manage important messages. This ensures that you never miss out on critical updates and information pertinent to your role and activities. • Enhanced Push Notifications: Receive notifications that are not only timely but also relevant to your location, thanks to our new geofencing technology. This is a minor update to enable enhancements in member support for TWU556 staff. It also fixes a few user interface and login issues.

This release fixes some UI issues in the chat and contacts modules, fixes crashes when previewing contract or contacts sections and revises the authentication policy to better handle hotel/aircraft WiFi.

Fix a UI issue where the chat text was difficult to read

A new look with enhanced member support: • Members now have the ability to search a knowledge base for contract and other union issues. • Members can directly contact member support through the new home page. Member support through this channel is greatly enhanced for union officials on the back end as a support case will be authomatically generated for better member assistance. • Members can chat live with a representative through an integrated chat interface. • A document library will be populated with member publications, support articles and other items for member convenience.
