Hidden baggage fees, can’t check in on line, I had to pay $200 usd for 17 kilos. I bought the most expensive ticket that was available because I knew I would need to pay for an extra bag & the more expensive the ticket the more weight you are allowed. There is no way to pay for an extra bag or additional weight before you get to the airport, or as I was told not for foreigners. I had prepaid a luggage handling fee for my sports equipment, but this fee was not applied & I paid that for nothing. I travel full time with an inflatable SUP, so I’m use to the systems & planning ahead for my extra weight. This was my 1st time flying Jeju, never again! Fly Korean air where they are upfront with fees, cheaper & their app actually works.

TLDR: Book a different airlineThis is the worst travel app I’ve ever used- Doesn’t track language preferences- Forces you to confirm the same flight information over and over to make a change from your profile- Can’t change flight outside of hours there’s no staff M-Fri 9am-6pm- Can’t check into your flight for SK travel- No flight check in details informing you of expectations/restrictionsThis is meant to grab your money only! App is designed for you to buy a ticket and then incredibly hard to edit anything no matter how soon after buying ticket you want to make change. Then if you do manage to edit anything, which can only be done by canceling and rebooking, they charge you fees! (50% of flight. 100% of additional purchase fees like baggage bundle or seat choice)Jeju Air should be ashamed of themselves.

Our flight got delayed at first then later got cancelled yet the staffs didn’t tell us. My husband happened to check on the flight status website and saw it was cancelled.. they probably announced it in Korean language BUT a lot of travelers are foreigners and cannot understand the language,,,, staffs seemed does not care if we can make it back to Seoul or not and just tell us to get a REFUND for the unused flight and told us to find another airline!!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

Definitely don’t use as a foreigner. I thought the reviews were overstating how bad this app is, then I tried to book a flight through it as a guest and got all the way to the final payment when it gave me an error and threw me back to the starting page without saving any of my progress or anything. The flight is now slightly more expensive too.
