I have been a Sioux City journal customer for many many years. Watching my daily paper reduced to 3 days a week , Tuesday. Thursday. Saturday . Since this has happened , I have not received about a third of my newspapers that were to be delivered to our home. My wife still gets to read the paper digitally. But I enjoy the physical newspaper on those supposed 3 days It is almost imago get a person on the phone that can explain any reason as to why my paper is not there EVERY Tuesday Thursday Saturday. That’s what I pay for. Many times I get a person that doesn’t speak very good English. I would like to know why this happens and when it does , should I be entitled to a refund or extended service?

The app embeds advertising EVERYWHERE and it’s impossible to scroll articles without accidentally clicking one. Im always having to relogin and it feels like it’s part of their strategy. Today I kept getting a pop up telling me an update was available and when i click it, Im taken to a spot to write a review….do better SCJ. And then there is the obvious liberal bias that tends to drift into their local reporting as well.
