Error message when loading video. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling; it worked for a minute and then went back to not allowing me to load videos. I’m currently watching content through the web browser.

Some things broken after iOS/iPadOS 16.1 update

The media player no longer has a way to to hide the description, etc. when playing a video, or to invoke AirPlay. These controls used to appear when tapping on the video while it was playing, but no controls appear. And so the white areas above and below the video remain visible, which is distracting.On iPhone it plays on device fine, but again no way in the app to connect to AirPlay devices without going to Control Panel. As this app hasn’t been updated since iOS 16, something has broken and needs fixing.

Dysfunctional App, bad customer support

I created my account, then needed to change my password. The app would not recognize the new password. I reset again, and the app still would not recognize it. After several days went by with with me locked out and the original purpose I had in mind for the app having passed, I reached out to explain what happened and seek a refund, since I had been totally unable to use the service at any point. The customer service I received was incredibly disappointing and reflected very badly on Medici TV. Needless to say no resolution was reached. Save your money and look for alternative sources to view the performances you’re interested in.

New features but poor performance/buggy

I like the new features. Being able to see the program notes and search while continuously using airplay is a huge improvement. Scrolling/searching through a video is very hectic - time stamp jumps around erratically and it’s really hard to find the spot you want. Also, my favorites list is blank. It still shows up on my account on a browser(Safari) but in iOS app it says I have no favorites. iPad 8th gen iOS 17Update: lowered another star. After update, favorites still not working.
