Hang-a-Pic greatly simplifies the tedious and sometimes difficult task of hanging multiple, equally aligned pictures, mirrors, decorative plates, candles or any other wall mounted ornaments. Of course, hanging one picture is simple. But if you have three or four pictures, each with two hooks on the back, and you want them exactly 6 inches apart, and aligned correctly across your wall? Hang-a-Pic will do just that!
Using a very friendly walk-through interface, Hang-a-Pic can tell you exactly where to put your nails (or wall-plugs, etc.) in the wall for each picture or ornament. No more headaches or extra holes in the wall from guessing where the nails should go... All you need is a tape measure and Hang-a-Pic will figure out the rest!
It's so easy that a 12 year old child could take four pictures, each with two hooks on the back, and hang them precisely and evenly across a wall the first time! No extra holes, no "oops!!".
- New Features added to support hanging a group of pictures (or anything else) with different frame widths, evenly spaced across a wall. For example, say you're hanging 3 pictures and the center picture is wider than the other 2, Hang-a-Pic will now make this an easy task to pinpoint exactly where your nails need to be for each picture!
- Now supports as many as 5 pictures (or any thing else you're hanging), and each can be a different width. And they do *not* need to be hung symmetrically!
- Send measurements to your Email address.
- Print the measurements to your AirPrint compatible Printer.
- Performance enhancements.
PLEASE NOTE: Hang-a-Pic does not calculate how high you wish to hang pictures, mirrors, etc.. Some prefer staggering the height of each picture, some prefer hanging them all the same height. The height you wish to hang pictures is your particular visual preference. For example, do want them at eye-level or higher up on a wall with very tall ceilings? etc.. It's up to you. Hang-a-Pic will however, calculate perfect spacing between those pictures horizontally.
Wasted $1.99 buying this. On the screenshots it shows you can calculate hanging assorted photo sizes, like a wall collage. When you select this option, it tells you to to cut a large piece of paper, put it on your floor and arrange your framed pieces on the floor. Well, DUH! That is how I've always done this. It doesn't figure anything for you. Hanging assorted sizes should not be an option on this app!!!! Also, for the other options of hanging 2,3 or 4 pictures in a line, all the frames have to be the same size, which is not the case in many situations. You can skip this app.
Extremely handy little App!

Very neat the way this app works. Just walks you thru the process of hanging evenly spaced items on the wall. Really simple and already saved me a lot of time hanging plates across the kitchen wall for my wife. The measurements it provided were dead on and I didn't have to figure anything out.The only thing I would like to see is an option for emailing or printing the results for reference. Not critical but would be nice to have. Overall, great app and well done!

When choosing the hook method, I’m not allowed to indicate that the frame uses two hooks rather than just one.Additionally, I’m wanting to hang a cluster of pieces of artwork on the same wall that are different sizes. I’m not allowed to indicate my desired arrangement and have it calculate the different spacing. Fundamentally, I like the concept of such an app, but it doesn’t seem to have been updated in a long time, nor does it support multirow cluster designs with different numbers of images on each row.
Good App for what I needed. Don’t listen to the bad reviews

5 different frame widths, on an odd wall. I hung them all up in a few minutes. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is due to not having a function for a grid like hanging. 5x1 for example was perfect, but say i have multiple rows of frames (5x3).A measurement for equal distribution of each nail at the exact height and width to each frame, and distributed equally on a wall.... Now that would make a great app in the future.
Minor tweaks and enhancements.
Updated the alignment of a few interface elements.
