Republic needs new technology

Went to 3 different ATMs to make a cash deposit. All were out of service. ITMs are supposed to also be ATMs. Doesn’t work. And don’t even think of trying to enter the lobby to make large cash deposits. Very disappointed and let down. Been a customer over 10 years. About to close all accounts and go elsewhere.

I have 2 accounts with republic bank. Before the latest app update I could transfer money instantaneously but now it takes 2days for it to happen because it’s pending. So when I shop on weekends and one account is short and I transfer money to that account to make purchases my card gets blocked and I’m unable to make purchase. It’s very frustrating and embarrassing. Now I’m getting my card blocked when I’m trying to make a car payment because I’m waiting 3 days for money transfer to happen!!!!
Interact Screen Freezes When There Are Messages

The app works really well with one exception: when I have messages available in the Interact screen and I click on Interact to read them, the download indicator rotates nonstop and the app freezes. I have to force close the app and login again to view anything else; the Back arrow does not work. I never get to actually read my Interact messages, so the red dot with the number of messages waiting to be viewed never goes away. Had the same issue with the previous app version. I am using an iPhone XR with iOS 12.2.
