I've banked with TCU for 12 years and have used this app for at least 6 of those years. It has advanced a lot over time and I absolutely love it. I am able to view my balance, transfer money instantly, pay bills, update my address, and cash my checks online (note that this takes a couple days as the bank has to be open to release the money). I think my favorite feature above all however, is the ability to get money back and redeem it to be sent to your account immediately. I have rarely had any issues in the past. They have always been great about sending notifications such as with the latest Equifax scare. They also have called numerous times to verify a few random purchases, one of which wasn't me and they were able to cancel my card before allowing the payment to go through. I never write reviews, I just thought the reviews on here were ridiculous for such a great service. At the very least, give the app a try.

I’ve been using this app for quite a long time now, roughly 4-5 years, and I’ve not really had any problems with it. Does what it’s supposed to, allowing me to transfer funds, give notifications if someone tries to log into the account, and just check on pending transactions. As someone whose always keeping an eye on his account, it’s very easy to catch something off. If there was one thing I wish this had, it would be a transaction history for credit cards. You can only track purchases and transactions for you debit and savings accounts.

Just wish all of my accounts could be linked under a single “main page” - so that you don’t have to log out of one tcu account, and then log-in to another tcu account where you’re forced to view each account separately.The order of “Manage Your Card” should be renamed to the more precise “TCU Credit Cards” and moved up in order listed under “Menu”. This change would make it clearer and more consistent with the frequency that this feature is accessed on a routine basis. It should not be “buried” in the site’s design and mis-named in the menu listing.The “Link Account” feature is also “buried deep” in the website design way at the bottom of the screen (even requiring an additional scroll-down) under “Transfers & Payments” - which is not intuitive or easy to find at all. This should be a more prominent site feature under “Settings” or “Accounts & Loans”. This feature went undiscovered for decades until covid made old-school in-branch transfers nearly impossible.

This app does not allow you to hide the payees. It is also pretty clunky in the way it works. The old app was far far better in that it had so many features that I used. When TCU switched companies/developers and went to this current app, I kept requesting at least the same features that the previous app had and was told time and again to give it time. These are just programming features that can be added if you had a good programmer and these features SHOULD be added back. You’ve actually reduced the functionality for your members instead of increased it as well as taken a step back instead of a step forward. A lot of time has passed and I’ve seen no fixes on the front side and am now told those features are unavailable and that I have to log onto a computer to complete my business. This defeats the purpose of an app. I am considering moving banking institutions because I use the app for most of my banking and it’s so frustrating.
