If you want an app that forgets you have a paid subscription, drops ALL of your saved issues and then won’t recognize your log in, this is the app for you! The best part? If I try to create a new account, my email is already in the system. So change the password (even when I don’t need to) and all should be good to go right?WRONG!!! “Email or password is not recognized” Customer service is non-existent. A big digit to Golf Digest but it isn’t a thumbs up.

Please someone come up with a path to read the content in landscape. Otherwise this is an exceptional app. I prefer the Landscape so I can switch between other apps and not have to adjust my screen and I also feel it reads better.Let’s fix it

I have had a subscription for years. All of a sudden my subscription is not recognized on my iPad. I have sent numerous emails asking for help. I always get the computer generated response, we have received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible.I have not gotten a response in four months. Additionally, when you call golf digest to discuss, the technical department cannot be reached by phone. You talk to the customer service representative and they tell you they cannot help you. Please send an email to technical support.Has to be the worst customer service in the world. Basically the technical support department operates with impunity.

The content is great. Takes a bit to download an issue and the interface isn't intuitive, but it's not difficult to manage once you get the hang of it. Personally, I like the in mag video content. My biggest complaint is that it's not fully functional in landscape mode. When a video starts, it will rotate to landscape. When it print only, you're stuck in portrait. Not the way a lot of folks view an iPad. If they give landscape support for articles, I'd give it 5 stars. Until then, this is an average app.
