I first listened to Turning Point on a radio station that no longer broadcasts, in the late 1970’s…. I use my Jeremiah Study Bible every day, along with other books and at age 81 The Word of God is “the lamp to my feet And a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105 is still as relevant as a widow as was every other time of my life. The summer day my husband and I drove from Cambridge , Ohio to Cleveland State and participated in the Joyous celebration with Dr Jeremiah at the university coliseum was probably the highlight of our 52 years together before my husband stepped into eternity in 2017, January 24th….. and I thank God for all the books, Bible Studies and spiritual food I have partaken over the years thorough Turning Point. My participation at a local Baptist Church is becoming more difficult to climb all the steps. Paise God The Word is preached and studied at that church in Cambridge. When my infirmities keep me from attending, I have the CDs I have in my library at home and ofcourse my Bible. Now I have this I phone thanks to my daughter ( I am in her phone service) …. This digital revolution is beyond my comprehension sometimes, I still like the monthly devotional I receive, and often share with others who are facing trials or battling infirmities of some kind…. God Bless Turning point and all those who so faithfully proclaim God’s Word.

Dr J teaches Biblical, sound, doctrinal truth. I never have to worry about hearing something that’s incorrect, misconstrued or misinterpreted. God has given Dr.J the gift of discernment and he shares the word of God with confident assurance, in a way that’s clearly understood, so that even the beginners in faith can take the lessons shared and make them applicable to their lives and their own personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Thank you Dr.J for answering the call to surrender to HIS plan on your life. Your willingness to share with the world what God lays on your heart, has been such a tremendous blessing, especially in this final hour where there are more pastors conforming to the fads of this world than there are still standing strong on the timeless word of God. And thank you for making your ministry available for those of us struggling financially. I love that your ministry is available to me and not out of reach because of a “set amount”. I hope one day soon I can raise the amount I support this ministry, so that I may help play a part in sharing the truth of the Word of God to a people that are running out of time before HIS return.

Unfortunately the new major 2022 upgrade to this app has made it unusable. It locks up my entire phone when I try and listen to one thing in the app. It’s almost like the app is incredibly too large to function on anything other than a desktop computer. I feel incredibly saddened because there are great learning tools and resources but I can’t access it - the app locks up, shuts down, sometimes makes my phone screen completely go black. I spent 1 hour working on listening to one message and I couldn’t get past the introduction of turning point ministries…. Didn’t get to hear the sermon at all. Of all the apps I’ve ever experienced this design is by far the most difficult to run on my phone. When it does work, and get to listen to about 10 minutes before it kicks me out of the app, it does not save the place where you left off in the message - it will randomly shutdown and you have to search through to find the message then find where you left off. I’m so sad. The teaching is ON POINT - so amazing…. I feel like the app locks it up so you just can’t access the teachings. Please - this message is for the developers of this app, please do something to improve the function of the “new and improved all the bells and whistles 2022 version” of this app. It is too too robust to operate on a phone which is the primary way I image it is used for ministry. I am a monthly contributor and cannot believe how Locked up and inaccessible this “improved version” has made the teachings.

Edit: For anyone looking for a way to continue listening to Dr Jeremiah’s radio program until the issues with this app are resolved, you will find a month of the radio programs in date order on the app, One Place. Easier to use than searching on the website every day. I have really missed the old Turning Point app and this gives me an alternative hopefully temporarily until this is fixed. The newer version app does not work on my phone. I loved the old app. It maintained my listening status on the radio and television broadcast. This new version does not. When I close the app there is no record of what I have listened to or if I am in the middle of a broadcast, I cannot go back and pick it back up to listen but instead have to search for the last sermon I listened to (my memory is not like it use to be) and this is frustrating. I can adjust to change but not all change is an improvement. I would love to see that feature added back to the app. Thank you. Edit: This makes me extremely sad. I have used the old app daily as part of my Bible study. The new app is too much. It is overwhelming. I am going to have to use other ways to do my study. I have enjoyed the radio and television sermons tremendously but without a way to maintain a track of what I have listened to during the month, it is too much. I pray that the developers are listening to our comments and can offer a fix to all the issues with the new app. I have contributed to the ministry over the years but it really feels like this upgrade is about bringing in more money. I have truly enjoyed Dr Jeremiah’s teachings. He is the best at bringing the word of God the to a level of understanding for me that encourages Bible study.
