With StadtRAD Hamburg, you are spontaneously and flexibly mobile around the clock. Whether on the way to work, after work or during a city trip, with StadtRAD Hamburg you can rent a bike at any time at a favourable price.
You will find StadtRAD stations throughout Hamburg where you can hire and return bikes. In almost all tariffs, the first 30 minutes per journey are free of charge. You can also hire cargo pedelecs at selected stations - perfect for big shopping trips and your children!
With the StadtRAD Hamburg app, you can rent bikes, redeem voucher codes, view past bookings and report damage.

more My account suddenly stopped working through the app. Support said it was an app problem. There haven't been updates to the app in a year...When rotating the screen, the screens sometimes get stuck.Bikes show up where sometimes there are none.Otherwise, I use this all the time to rent and return bikes all over Hamburg.Works for Berlin too.

I had just entered cc info (it acted like saving the payment info was an option, when it wasn’t - you HAVE to save the card info for future use in order to proceed). Then it said it was going to text the phone number linked to my cc for verification. Then a white screen came up and the entire app froze. Not giving these people my money.. using a different service

My account t stopped working. When you want to re set the password, it says the server is not available. A new registration is only possible if you have a German telephone number as the final text message for confirmation does not get through.
