I was hopeful that this app would allow me to purchase two bus tickets for travel from France to Geneva. It was pretty useful for finding out the correct zones and the cost of the tickets, but when it came to purchasing, it never worked. First of all, it’s overly complicated. It is a bus ticket. I had to put in the names and birthdates of all travelers. Crazy. Then I was unable to actually buy the tickets. Apple Pay is was an option (preferred), but it never popped up the Apple Pay screen. Then I tried with a credit card, twice. Both times it failed, I assume because it’s a foreign card, but I don’t know. So we were forced to buy the tickets on the bus at an extra cost. Just a huge waste of time and energy trying to get this to work.

Hello. Thank you for your detailed feedback. E-tickets are nominative, which is why passengers’ details are required. However, the payment difficulties you describe are not normal. Could you tell us the approximate date and time of your failed attempts, and whether an error message appeared when paying by card? This will help us investigate. Best regards.
Can we get the old app back?
Marizlor
I used to use this app daily and it was very useful. After the update it's so difficult to use and confusing I end up using Google maps instead. Is there an option to get the old app? I just want a list of nearby stops, the time they come and where it currently is. Without having to click through a ton of things without having to wait for loading maps that are useless to me. Currently on the nearby departures you can only see the first 3. To see more you have to click it and wait for it to load. It's terrible. And confusing! I can no longer see where the bus currently is. I really wish they would have left it as it was. Simple and very useful. So frustrated
Developer Response
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to explain the difficulties you're experiencing. You can move “Nearby departures” higher up on your home screen via “Display preferences”, so you can access it more quickly. You can also swipe from right to left to switch between nearby stops and tap “Show all departures” to see more than the first three. Regarding the loading times you mentioned, we'd like to investigate further. Could you tell us which iOS version you're using? Does the delay occur every time you open the full list of departures? We've also taken note of your comments about viewing vehicle locations and will share them with our teams. We hope these suggestions will help make the app easier to use for your daily journeys. Best regards.
Ruined a useful app

This is one of the worst app updates I’ve ever seen, so bad I had to write my first app review ever. Favorites - where you could quickly check departures and arrivals at any stop - was one of the most useful features on the old app. You could quickly see when the next bus, tram, or train was coming and plan accordingly. No need to set a final destination, no need try to search for a stop on a map. Gone (or so hidden I can’t find it). Also, the ability to see all the departures from one stop if they’re on different platforms (tram vs train for example) is gone because you have to choose a platform. This app is now useless to me, after having relied upon it for over 10 years. What a disaster!
Developer Response
Hello. You can still add your favourite stops via “My locations” > “Manage”. For quicker access to their departures, you can also move the “Nearby departures” module higher up on your home screen via “Display settings”. We’ve also noted your feedback regarding departures from different platforms at the same stop and will pass it on to our teams. Best regards.
worse than before

they just updated it and it’s even worse now. you can’t see nearby departures at a glance anymore. hard to find it. Google Maps is better at telling you which bus to take and when it’s leaving. Did AI make this?EDITED: Thanks to your response, I can now use the Nearby Departures. The issue is the font of the stop name is nearly the same as the departures listed under it, which is confusing when you’re in a hurry. I would indent the buses that belong to that stop and make the font size smaller so you can see it at a glance

Hello. We’re pleased that our previous response helped you find and use “Nearby Departures”. We have taken note of your comments about the way stop names and departures are displayed, and will share your suggestions with our teams. Best regards.
