The N-central Mobile app allows you to access your N-central server (versions 11 and above *) from your iPhone and iPad. N-central Mobile lets you acknowledge issues, add notes to devices, view the details of devices and services, and see the status of automation tasks, scripts and software pushes that N-central is running on your behalf. The following automation policies can be run on devices: - AV Defender Quick - AV Defender Full Scan - Update Asset Information - Create Restore Point - Delete Temporary Files - Empty Recycle Bin - Disk Cleanup - Enable DHCP - Renew DHCP - Flush DNS - Log Off User - Start Services Set to Auto - Restart System - Shutdown System The following backup operations can be run on devices: - Full backup - Incremental backup - Verify backup Support for running scripts on devices is also provided. It doesn’t appear that this app has much of a track record for stunning performance. However, developers, please bring some measure of stability back to this app... Constant crashes, getting stuck in “limbo” on screens where cancel/back buttons do nothing, remote cursor rarely shows up making selecting things near impossible. Really the list could go on and on. I’d like to think there are people hard at work fixing this app. If so, thank you!! If not and this is just so far down the development priority list, the app should just be pulled entirely from the App Store as others have suggested.

Fix resolution mismatch on new iPhone 14 Pro Max

Trying to use Remote Control but the mouse cursor is about an inch to the right in actuality on the remote Pc versus what is show on the phone screen. This is most likely due to the higher screen resolution of the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Worked fine on my older iPhone 8 Plus before upgrading phones - using the same version of the NCentral App. Even trying ‘show remote cursor’ and also changing screen resolutions on the app settings doesn’t seem to make a difference. Please help and update the app!

Although the app is pretty bad, I do use it. But their most recent update description is very misleading. Is the app going away? Will they replace it with a good web based version? When I’m remote without my laptop, maybe just an iPad, am I unable to support devices by September?
