So far it is working well for me after 6 weeks of use. Several of my partners were frustrated by it and gave up using it. It would be improved if it could ring audibly when an iPhone is set on silent, and would be especially nice it the message could be fully accessed and read from Apple Watch. The interface with out in house intelliweb system (OnPage gets an email from intelliweb for it to work) makes it so the sender can’t tell when the app is turned off on the phone- which would be a nice feature to facilitate working so people can tell when you have it turned off as they can from the regular OnPage web access. Also would be nice to be able to tell if someone’s app is turned off if you page someone else from your own phone app. Right now you have to dig in a layer into the app to tell that, rather than getting direct feedback.

Overall Transitioning to this app has been seamless and I would recommend it. Alerts are designed so that you don’t miss them, even if on another call, and it’s easy to switch between employees taking call. I would love to see OnPage create an app for the Apple Watch, currently alerts can be viewed, but not opened so this app doesn’t work to its full potential for users who have watches with cell service.

Stopped alerting when paged

My company has been using this app for quite some time now. I just got on my on-call rotation this past Friday and it was working fine for a little while and then when a page came in it stopped paging an audible alert. I was able to login and log back out and fixed it for a while I checked about eight hours later by sending myself a test alert and I had no audible alert. I uninstalled the app reinstalled it and it was working fine. And then sent myself another test alert at 11:30 last night and I received an audible alert. This morning I sent myself a test again received the test but no audible alert. Logged out of the app logged back in and it’s working again. I have a iPhone 13 that I have had no problems with.

Customer can’t access account to update billing information

This seems like such a simple solution but apparently it’s too difficult for them to have a way for a customer to go in and update their information no you have to call them to do (or have them call you) so which when your busy and can’t be on the phone with them or in a work situation such as medical where HIPAA is a concern (something they pride themselves in being compliant on supposedly). This is just unacceptable. I can update my card information if needed on any other SaaS or service provider but Onpage didn’t think that a customer should be able to update their information. Very disappointing.
