I wish it was easier to write up an invoice. But overall very convenient to have out in the field.

We loved this app, how it worked on our phones and tablets and it all worked together seamlessly. And ya ya the price went up a while ago but I don’t mind paying for a good and working product. That’s in the past. Possibly after iOS 14, the mobile app absolutely won’t sync. Entered invoices in the app, then they are marked as unpaid. The app will not accept input. It will not sync, it will just crash every single time I try and sync or enter an invoice. Only way around this is to enter invoices online using the web browser side of things, delete the mobile app and then re-download everything onto my phone or iPad. Seriously?? Did something happen to your server or your cloud hosting service?

I couldn’t imagine running my business without Kashoo! But now I’m going to. I just received notification that the service will be going from a $50/yearly invoicing to a $200/yearly invoicing. Of course they’ll be adding new snazzy features. But since I run a very tiny business, I don’t need anything else but the basics. And since $200 makes a significant impact on my families’ income, I’m looking elsewhere for a financial organization method. However, it may just come down to an excel situation (a $50 discount!) and a little more time invested in my quarterly and yearly reports. Could Kashoo perhaps make a “small-er business” option?? Where it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but the basics are still available (invoicing, expense tracking, P&L reports and the like) where it would cost a lower amount. Doesn’t even have to be $50. Could be more like $75. I get prices rise...but $200??!! Just a thought. I am sad to be leaving Kashoo as I have loved using your very user friendly program! But the cost just outweighs the needs.

I own an apartment rental and used Kashoo on my iPad mini since Jan 2014. Love the convenience of recording anytime while on the go. Knowing that your records are backed up online helps you feel secure. I can also sync and use from my other iPad. It's simple and not complicated. Producing financial statements are easy for tax purposes. Update: I am ditching this app. My subscription tripled in price, from $99 to $324 and I wasn’t advise of renewal, my card was just charged. No answer on calls. I will switch to another accounting app.
