I have been member since Credit Union offered online banking. In the beginning site/applications were rough and down time or unavailability was frequent and I was a vocal critic. All systems and offered applications are now very good. I also believe online banking has now become an integral part of your business and not just something new to offer with brick and mortar locations. Great job staying up with available technology.
Lots of problems

1) when your conversion was done you added every account into one (if their name was on an account, it got added together) this is NOT APPROPRIATE).2) I called about just putting my open-end loan and credit card together. The woman ( NOT LADY) told me that I wasn’t going to get anything until I got the $1200 dollar house payment off my credit report. ( I can’t do that for about 25 years) Then she got mad because I only keep $5 in my checking account so she set up an auto payment to pay my open-end loan without asking or telling me that she was setting this up) I had never missed a payment. If she had bothered to look she would have seen that there was over $25,000 in my wife’s savings account. This messed me up - I would make a payment and then the computer would make another one. I’m really concerned about this since I had not missed a payment and in any case I should have at least been told she was going to do it. 3) The “old times” requirement that a “primary member (state employee) must be on every account of spouse and children. I’m 68 years old and was in credit unions and banks as President for 38 years. I don’t need or want someone to check my account. We have children that are 34, 38,43,49 and they don’t need her looking at their account so they joined TVA Credit Union. I’ve given you 3 names including the nickname on my account. I don’t know what you want. My guess is you don’t want to know anything more than what you already think you know. 4) I’m very likely to join my children if somethings don’t change. If the woman in your loan department treats everyone like she did me, I’m bewildered that you have a single member!There are other things to complain about but I’m tired of writing because I know that nothing will change. My name is Steve Riden if you want to know - but probably don’t.

I love this app it makes things so easy and convenient for me. The only thing I don’t care for as much is when I transfer money from my one bank to you it send an alert email that makes me think someone has hacked into my account or is trying to. I click on it and it just shows a money transfer. I like getting the emails letting me know money has been received from you just not the wording.
For a small time bank, I wasn’t expecting this level of quality.

I’m sure there are better apps out there for native banking apps, but for an average person who just uses banks for paychecks and bills, it works really well for me. Transfers and credit card payments are easy and doable from my phone. I have no investment portfolio with UTFC, so I don’t know how it works in that regard.
