When I first started using Gensuite I had to ask Ehs manager to assign me to Gensuite and ask other coworkers what service numbers to use and sometimes the service number can’t be found.

My employer requires us to do daily/weekly/monthly inspections on various things using this app. It was always clunky to use but did get the job done.. all until I made the mistake of clicking ‘yes’ to trying the beta version. I didn’t think it could get any more difficult to navigate but boy I was wrong. Everything takes twice as long to load and is hidden behind more and more tabs, pages, etc than ever before. In short, this app works for what it is intended but unless you want to throw your phone into a wall do NOT even try the beta version if it asks you. As far as I can tell after searching and searching, there is no way to go back to the at least functional version.

This tool is so cumbersome. It takes so many attempts to get every detail entered correctly and by the time you try submitting 10 times with errors you just give up. The idea of entering observations to improve is great but it should not be this difficult. This should be free text and a few mouse clicks and some. J T

Why does the my podcast or music gets interrupted from iOS app when I open this app? There’s nothing to be heard, unless a possibility that this app turns on the microphone. Why did select all questions with a selectable answer (NA, Yes, No) option with added comments stopped working all of a sudden without updates? When update automatically is turned off. Things to think about. Thanks.
