I love the ravens and this app is a masterpiece first off every thing is organized PERFECTLY every time I need to see the schedule BOOM right there so easy to navigate second this app always gives the best ticket prices if you want to buy tickets this app gives the BEST prices third off the adds you get one little picture that you can get out of without having to wait or have fake x’s and pop ups fourth this app doesn’t blow your phone up with notifications like a certain other football app BILLS fifth the ravens are amazing I love this team and have high high hopes for the season the ravens just destroyed the lions 38-6 what happened best team in the nfc? Anyways the ravens own the lions and this app is the best sports app

I am a user of this app on an IPad Pro. When I launch the app it automatically flips the app into portrait mode and reduces the size of any pictures/writing to a small square in the center of my screen. It’ll let me play videos on landscape mode, but the device is 11 inches wide and the video square is about 3.5 inches wide. It is impossible to even see the players. There is no button to zoom in, and when I try to play the video in picture-in-picture mode and go full screen from there, the app crashes. It also isn’t very friendly with low-vision and voice-over users because all areas of the app are just simply called “button”. Before I click a button, it would be nice to know what the button does. I’ve looked at other NFL team apps to see if they shared a similar issue, and almost no others did. The Titans, Panthers, Buccaneers and Packer app developers are ones I strongly advise you to reach out to for advice. Especially the Titans. They are very user friendly and allow for game recaps in full screen.

The first thing that popped out when I saw that video of the app is The Big Bang Theory on the way out to the house is the best thing that ever came out to the universe in my life I think it’s the best way I ever had a dream of ever been in the universe I think it is so beautiful I can’t believe I am a dream come true and it was a beautiful thing I am a very happy that this came out of my head and it is a very good thing I have been able to get a good life with my family and friends and my dogs I have a great life with them

Disliking the Ravens and EVERYTHING about the organization starts in many ways. Too numerous to list. But a good way to message the leadership can be as simple as writing a review about/on the Ravens app. Please know you have lost me, the $4,500 I spend annually on tickets, the $1,000+ annually on tailgates and typical spend while at the game, my eyeballs and ears for away games. I have simply drifted into a longer boat season in the early fall, more golf later in the fall. I’ll likely listen or watch during bad weather but I’ll leave you with this…”you don’t know whatcha got ‘till it’s gone” (not my original obviously, but you know what I’m saying). Let’s consider this bye and thank you to each other. p.s. hope my replacement was as sticky as I was for 30+ years, this next generation has different ideas around customer loyalty
