ENT mobile is good with exception of bill pay. Not always dependable and takes a long time to load bills is list mode, calendar mode works better. If you are in a hurry or last minute bill payer like me you will be let down at some point. This is because the bill payer will not load properly or in maintenance mode a lot on the bill payer portion on ENT mobile or website when setting up payments a day or two before they are due. Hey I don’t have lots of money in my checking and need to pay bills based on my paycheck without dipping into my emergency savings. If you pay you bills many days advance because you maintain a large checking balance or auto pay you will be happy with the quirks of the system. If you are like me, you have been warned of potential drama trying to schedule a bill payment last minute day or two before due.

This new app is terrible. What was a well laid out application that made intuitive since is now scattered all over the place with no logical breaks in the UI at all. With horrible extra large spacing so you have to scroll through more to get to the information that is needed. I have never seen an application go so backwards and lose so much in one shot ever. Also how do you look up partner branches/ATMs. That feature used to be in the login page and when traveling was probably the single most used function I used the app for and now it appears that it is completely removed. Also account alerts no longer have the ability to alert you when large deposits of a threshold you provide have occurred. These are BASIC functionality that has been there for years and someone just decided that nobody needs that information anymore? This is an unbelievable waste of resources taking perfectly good app and destroying it and making it harder to use, have less usable features and more cumbersome to get to the information in a ridiculously spaced out large font that is terrible it is one of the worse UIs I’ve ever encountered. It looks like something an elementary school student did over a weekend for a school project. VERY DISAPPOINTED that credit union resources are being squandered this way.
“For people not for profit” 👎🏼

I’ve had an ent account for upwards of 10 years and use it every day. Recently I lost my job and had tons of stuff to focus on financial wise. My account is set up to never overdraw yet if you have an automatic payment try to go through with insufficient funds in your account, they charge you an outrageous $30 “NSF Fee” despite the payment not being made. I had most things set up to come out automatically. But when I lost my job my focus was to get my tax return from the IRS which they had been “delaying” for months and signing up for unemployment insurance. But since I hadn’t completely closed out the account for the time being, I had multiple payments try to go through automatically and we’re not able to. I was charged 6 nfs fees directly from losing my job totaling $180 of fees that ent wants to charge me for no reason. They allow you get 4 of them a year reimbursed but throughout the year I had already gotten 4 reimbursed. So if this company wants to claim that their motto is “For People not for Profit” I will not let that lie continue. This company is horrible when it comes to customer service because you cannot ever speak to someone who can do anything but tell you details about your account that you already know. I’d like to speak to someone who helped create this horrible service and let them know that as a long time customer of ent, I finally cannot justify working with a credit union that truly has no humanity and no availability to help individuals affected financially with anything. Ent this is embarrassing. Disproportionately affecting temporarily low-no income individuals is a despicable business practice by ent and I will be closing all of my accounts with ent for good.

Online Banking Issues
ThriftDaddy
I use Ent as my primary Credit Union. I have since thought of switching in the past year. Over the four or so years I've had the account I haven't had many issues with the credit union besides rates being lower than their "competitors." Just recently with the new mergers and app changes and such underway - I've only noticed issues. My gripe is not the member-facing portion, but instead the online side. The app consistently switches from the old online banking layout to the new app layout, and now it is a black layout that cannot retrieve ANY information. This is very annoying. I also don't like how I can't view my credit card balance unless I go online but even now it can't properly populate the field and will instead ask me to download an image instead of directing me to their new cardholder portal (which Elan worked just fine). My app also will not properly display data and will log me out consistently. If I am unable to view my account balances and credit balance, how do you expect me to pay when your banking hours are exact with my work schedule?
