Decent banking app.

Nothing special, just a general banking app. I don’t mean that in a negative way. It has the features you expected to have and it works fairly well and their system on the back end seems to be fluent and easy to use. For instance when I make a deposit, It is always in my account immediately well a cash deposit that is I have yet to try a check deposit, but I hope the check deposit will have a feature, allowing for instant deposit for a small fee. If they do not have that option then I will come back and update my review as having to wait a week to deposit a check is a major negative. So far so good Heritage. Keep it up!- Jacob Kissee

I like how easy I can navigate through the app. It shows the balance after every transaction which helps me track my money. It even shows purchase rewards. And mobile deposit is really easy to use as well. The only thing I don't like is that I can't see my credit card transactions in the app. So I never know how much I've spent or how much more I can spend.

The app is ok for function however if you set notifications for large transactions it seems to only notify you after you have opened the app. No text or email notifications for transactions until the app has been opened then it sends it. Not sure how that is supposed to help. If you have to open the app 1st, why wouldn’t you just look at your transactions? Instead you open the app and your phone blows up with text notifications and emails.

I use only the deposit feature and it is very easy and quick. Since I do business deposits I needed to arrange for a higher limit for per day deposits but that was easy to set up through my local bank.
