The reason I bought the membership of this app was because my administration towards Miguel Bose as well as other Mexican and Latin Singers from the 90’s. La Ley MTV unplugged is a great concert as well as all Miguel Bose concerts that are impossible to buy now since technology and the internet has made it difficult for people to buy the concerts like old times as well as buy them through apple like movies to have them recorded on our tv in order to help us fight our depressions, loneliness or be able to watch again the famous singers and bands that we can’t forget. Even if those bands have split up. But add more talent from the Mexican singers, Spain singers as well as Latino American singers. To show others the strength and beauty that existed before before everything got so divided as we are now. We should teach the younger generations how things were before and by bringing more variety of musicians you will gain more interest to more customers and you deserve it too. Because you are a great business to enjoy and respect.

As it says in the title. Video and audio quality are top-notch, and this is hands-down the best library of concerts and docs you’ll find anywhere. But. It’s hard to lose yourself in the music and be constantly reminded of what time it is, and how full your battery is. Please, please push a release of this app with true fullscreen video and zero other status bar cruft. Yours is the only video app I love that doesn’t do that.

So this is great idea and there is tons of great content. I use the Quello app on my appletv. But, here are some issues that unless fixed will cause me not to renew next year. One, the fact that you cannot restart a concert from the beginning once you start watching it. Yes, you can pick from songs but then it does not play without a blackout screen from one song to the next and interrupts the concert viewing experience. Also there is limited fast forward or reverse while watching a show. Show you have to slowly reverse back to the beginning if you are towards the end of the show to get back to the start. Two, less than half of the content is in HD. Even shows that are recent. 90% of the content should be in HD. SD on an app like this shouldn’t be the norm. Three, and most importantly, the sound quality is terrible. Most of the shows sound like they are coming from a tin can and have a digital compressed sound. None of the shows are in Dolby Digital. This is a problem that really hurts this app and makes watching the shows from home and on your surround sound unbearable. This needs to be addressed otherwise this $80 a year subscription is not worth the money. If nothing else, sound quality and delivery should be the priority of this concert experience. Lastly, understandably with COVID there have been no shows in the last year and a half. But there is little to no new content being added. So once you get through the content you like, the app isn’t worth the year long commitment.

It has a great selection and awesome interface but for some reason I can’t get it to run in the background. There’s some concerts on here that you can’t find recordings of and I was hoping to be able to listen without having my phone open and the video playing. I hope either there’s something I’m doing wrong or that the app adds this to its features very soon. I am currently on the free trial and would seriously consider subscribing but for myself this is a deal breaker. Other than that there’s an amazing selection, Qello has wonderful quality, its just missing something that I would love to see app do. Thanks qello. Keeping my fingers crossed !
