I used to be able to use Touch ID to log in. However, about month ago, I started getting the message “we have detected a change to your Biometric Authentication settings on this device…please log out to reset your Biometric Authentication”. I log out every time I finish using the app. I updated the app, no help. Deleted and reinstalled it, no help. I don’t have this problem on any other app that has Touch ID enabled. I can log in using my normal credentials but I prefer Touch ID as it’s easier and more secure. The app is fine once I’m logged in. I’m just frustrated by this odd inability to use biometric authentication.

Update: the APP no long works. When I try to log on it has a screen comes up and says the biometrics of the app has changed and it tells me to log out and see if that helps. But I’m not logged into the app. I delete the app and try to reinstall and it continues to do it. App doesn’t work and is useless if they are wanting to do anything to get it working. MID FLORIDA doesn’t always mail me my bill for my car loan. This has almost caused me to be late with my bill. I have since downloaded the app, but have found I cannot print or email the statements so that I can write a check and send the payments in. I do not like online bill pay because I have had many times where multiple payments have been taken out and put be in a delinquent state causing over draft fees. I would rather mail my bill in. Please make the app easier to handle these or have MIDFLORIDA mail out statements on time monthly.
Face ID issues

Face ID doesn’t always work. Sometimes the button for Face ID is missing on the log in screen, I have to hit log in then go back from the error screen for the Face ID button to show up. Also the back button sometimes doesn’t work in the app, like when I’m checking my accounts and want to go back to the main page the back button doesn’t do anything and I have to restart the app.
Payee information editing

I have tried three times to edit one of my “Payee” information and it will not let me edit them. I put in a number wrong and thought it had been fixed since I called them about it but went on to check today and still wrong. It’ll keep saying information was updated but then I check again and it’s not
