How does TaxiClick work?
1. Download for free the app on your smart phone or tablet.
2. Sign-up with your e-mail.
3. Allow access to your location to receive info on your booking status in real-time.
4. Confirm your pick-up location and if you wish your destination, so we can inform you of the estimated price of the trip.
5. Book now or in advance by indicating place, date, and time of your pick-up.
6. You travel with family or friends and need a minivan or with a pet, set it up in the service options! We only send you a taxi that meets your needs.

Terrible user experience, doesn’t let you know when taxi is on its way or any estimated time of arrival. When you call the number to follow up, they say you booked something and it’s on its way then I was told when I called an hour later that nothing was booked. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours for a taxi at 8am. Would recommend getting a car or a driver. Useless

Slow and glitchy but if you’re patient with it, the app does its job and a taxi shows up. Personally, didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a taxi. Recommend just paying the driver directly after your ride rather than dealing with entering payment info into the app.
Probably the worst rideshare app I’ve ever used

App consistently crashes at least 3 times upon initialization. Afterwards, you’ll be able to get past the loading screen but the UX beyond that is so awful you’d wish that your app continued to crash

App just doesn’t work. It’s the absolute worst. It says that your taxi is there when you can very clearly see it is not. The telephone help line is just a recording. The previous app was decent- this one is garbage.
