• Monitor the progress of your vehicle on a map
• Create a list of favourite addresses and assign a custom name for each
• Review all reservations you have made over the past 30 days
• Provide feedback related to the application and/or service you received
• Call Beck Taxi with the push of a button
To begin using the Beck Taxi application today:
• Download the free app
• Enter your phone number
• Validate your account (via the notification code you receive)
• Login to the app (Set your name and Email for receipts)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Beck Taxi application retains a history of your previous reservations for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed the booking process.

I really want to say how lovely Mulgeta was. He was so kind to pick up a laboratory specimen for an 85-year-old lady who is paralyzed and housebound and drove it to the hospital and walked it up and found the proper location on the second floor and ensured that the laboratory staff accepted the specimen. He was so kind and lovely on the phone. I tried to add a $20. On the app, but it would not allow me.I want to say a special thank you to Mulgeta for helping this lady out and for being such a kind person.

Email address problem

I opened my Beck taxi app, after a long period away. It asked for my email address. I entered it. It said it was already entered. And there was no other way forward with the app. So I deleted the app, including data and reinstalled it. Same barrier to progress. I don’t want to start another email account just to use Beck.
