This app looks very nice, slick modern interface. But apart from the new wake up feature and moving everything around, how is this different than the existing Train Times app the National Rail already put out? They seem to have the same functionality.
Ad placements prevent ticket purchases

banner ads at the bottom of the page with unresponsive buttons to close them out prevent the user from actually being able to search train times and commit to purchasing tickets. If you have banner ads, don’t make them immovable over the one place users need to interact with to actually use your product. I hope whatever money “Temptations cat food” gave you was more valuable than me purchasing a ticket.
Terrible UX and browser

This app is just a wrapper for a terrible browser experience. Their incessant ads cover the action buttons making it all but impossible to actually use. It seems like it’s just a browser shell for other rail companies. Difficulty to use and terrible user experience!
Fraudulent??

I downloaded the app then I created account and gave them my credit card information. immediately I got a fraud alert, and my credit card had to be shut down now I'm waiting for my new card. I'm gonna try another train app instead of national rail
