I’m just a nobody of a few words. So I’ll keep this short and simple. Already I’ve been using this app the first 30 minutes and I can say... I am not disappointed in the slightest. I used to be really active but depression kicked in and has made me lose all motivation to do a simple exercise. But since it’s a new year, then I gotta change myself for the better then what better way then to go back exercising again! So I was mindlessly searching for a decent app that can earn my interest when this one caught my attention. So I installed the app and was about to sign in but hesitated as the subscription has me scared, so being the quiet, cowardly nobody I am, I left. But after a few emails from Ben, I decided I’ll dash away my introverted nature and at least do it(also not because I feel pressurized or anything). And after signing in(thank you Ben), I started in a recommended Beginner’s workout. And already I’m working up a sweat, I feel pain, I feel my blood rushing, and most importantly... I feel a sense of happiness! Sure it’s a beginner’s workout but I just feel ecstatic to be alive! This app may help me give me the motivation and goal for a happy life that I long since needed. And this is just the icing of the cake. The fact that you can request the help of trainers to help you give you advice and overall interaction has made me a wee bit excited! I’m so excited for a new day of improving myself with Sworkit’s aid. Thank you!! Simple as that!!

With two young kids at home taking the time to work out regularly at a gym is like a luxury I cannot afford. Arranging for someone to watch my little ones a few times a week, prep time, driving time, and the high price of gym memberships all are very hard to overcome. In my case though carrying my little angels around was severely worsening my preexisting back problems. So I had to do something! This year my New Years resolution was to repeatedly work out or stretch to try to improve my chronic back pain and that’s when I found Sworkit!! It’s been easy to do while my babies are sleeping down the hall. The wonderful videos and clear description of each of the exercises really helps guide me through each routine. It’s like having a personal trainer available in my own home whenever I want to work out. The best part is that on the days I do my workouts (still mostly back stretches) I feel soo much better all day long. Thank you Sworkit team!!! You’ve made a huge difference in my life. The only feature I’d like to see added is to more easily track the days I do and don’t work out. Something like the Apple Activity calendar and while you’re at it the Awards (little badges) I find particularly helpful in staying motivated as well. Please keep making this app better and better. Finally a Workout App that Someone Got Right!

It doesn’t matter if you have never exercised before or a workout guru - there are programs for EVERYONE. That is what makes this app so special. But there is more! You tell the app how much time you have and what type of exercises you’re interested in and presto it creates a workout plan based on options that you want. But there is more! Each time you exercise you tell the app how much time you have to exercise that day and the app creates a plan for that day. Perfect for those who have little or a lot of time to exercise. Want only full body workouts, or exercises for a particular injury it has it. Maybe you have dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, or just a chair - or nothing at all- the app can give you exercise programs to fit what accessories you have in your home. I absolutely love this app. I can’t believe I didn’t discover it sooner. It has helped me exercise on a regular basis without the need of an expensive gym membership. And when I travel, I can exercise in my hotel room because my gym is just an expression - this app gives me the freedom and the flexibility to exercise without fear and without being a physical therapist to know what exercises work best for my fitness level. This is my go-to workout app. I have been doing a hard but short Sworkout 3-4 times/week for a few months now and my body has totally transformed! I love that I did it all at home, with a set of 10 lb dumbells + some ankle weights --- I didn't need all that expensive (and large) gym equipment taking up space in my basement! I also love that I can customize the workouts exactly how I want them, with the exercises, length, and # of rests that I want --- and I do them whenever it's convenient for me. I've finally admitted that I really don't love attending classes. I'd rather spend 30 minutes doing exercises targeted specifically to *my* needs vs 20 minutes of what I need + 10 minutes of burpees that some trainer *thinks* I need. (Ya'll, burpees do NOT make me excited to workout.) If you like or require the discipline/accountability of a class, this app may not be your thang. But it's 95% perfect for me! <<<<<Attention Developers: Thank you for the ability to have the same exercise multiple times in one workout - that was a HUGE enhancement! What would make this app 100% perfect? Let us customize the length of time for each exercise. I want to stretch, strength train, and do a little yoga in ONE workout without having to interrupt and switch sessions. But {shocker!} I don't need to stretch my hamstrings for the exact same amount of time that I hold a plank or do lunges. In fact, those would be 3 separate lengths of time for me. Develop that enhancement and this app is perfection!>>>>>
