Good app but couple improvements could make it great. Shopping is fairly easy but search could be improved a bit. The orders tab needs ability to hide and unhide orders and items already delivered - helpful for large orders. The credit card link works well but the credit card part slow to update and not always correct. made payment and showed processing then fully disappeared for days so looked like did not go through made again nor out of my bank - now days later two payments processed. Just little things to really make the app go from good to great. Love that their team reads reviews and considers the input! ;-)

Credit card side of app needs work

Recently installed the app. Sole purpose for downloading the app was to be able to pay the bill for my new CrateAndBarrel credit card. I made a payment, received a confirmation email for my payment, but yet still a day later under recent activity it doesn’t even show my payment as processing. The screen says “no reason activity”. If you want this to be a reliable app that individuals actually want to use to make every day purchases, it is important to customers that when they make a payment it shows up in the app. On the positive side of things, I really appreciate being able to easily see how many rewards points I have. All in all the app is very nice. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I am confident improvements will continue to be made to your app… and almost just as important, thank you for such a nice store with such nice products!
Terrible for registries!!

Crate & Barrel has been the bane of my existence with regard to our wedding registry. They came highly recommended by a couple of my bridesmaids but now 6 months into the process I feel comfortable saying I would not recommend to anyone looking to start a registry. Their process is clunky and it took us trying multiple emails to get the account set up, easily a third of the items we wanted to register for in store wouldn’t pull up (turns out they constantly discontinue items - pray you don’t fall in love with anything because you likely can’t have it), and even though the staff in store offered to help us multiple times, none of them actually could because the app is so stupid. We’ve had ours up for 6 months now and one of the items I was so excited about and hoping somebody would get for us is now also unavailable. I’m extremely disappointed and this has been a complete waste of our time!!

Shopping for roasting pan for Thanksgiving

I am surprised with such a huge selection of roasting pans. I had a very hard time making a selection. I actually ordered two different ones having them sent to my house and when they get here, I’ll And decide which one I’ll keep and send the other one back. I live 20 miles from the store I just might. Drive to the store and return it in person. Just to give me an excuse to go pre-Christmas shopping in the store.. that would be so much fun. I love all the goodies they have for Christmas.
