Their support hasn't been good since the company grew but the bad support is nothing compared to the main disconnect between the app and the service. Namely almost all the drivers are thieves. This is why I pay the shipping and customs on the app with a credit card but the level of thievery is to the point that even if everything is paid online, almost every time the driver will try to steal the shipping or customs charges in cash a second time. We have caught them doing this several times. It has come to the point where they will print fake customs papers when there are no customs on the shipment. This is completely unacceptable. Either middle management is in on it or they are incompetent and don't know what's happening. Either way it's their fault. The owners need to replace them.
App is good for tracking only

Use the app for tracking only, do not submit your support requests through the app, and use the email instead. I encountered an issue with my phone number as the one in the records was old. I submitted multiple requests on the app with no use. I emailed them and they asked to update my complete personal information which was not available on the app and I had to log into the website to be able to fill all of these information. app is only good for tracking your shipments. That’s it.
“Pay All” option not working

I want to pay for my unpaid shipments that have arrived in the destination country, but when I click the Pay All button it only lets me pay for the 2 that HAVEN’T arrived in the country. I was forced to click Pay Now for each individual shipment. It was better before when you could pay all at once. The website has the same issue except it doesn't even have a Pay All button.

Worst service I have experienced in a long time. They managed to lose 2 shipments from 2 different countries that were delivered to them on the 28th of February. Many calls later from my side chasing them and unfulfilled promises from their side, I only managed to recover 1 of them. One and a half months later, no sign of the other shipment. They never call back with updates inspite of the open case. Just disgusting!
