I still can’t figure out why the trash cans are next to where you order the ice cream instead of down on the patio where you can throw your trash away after you finish eating when I sit and watch people eat everybody’s looking for the trash cans this has been going on since this place open. It just doesn’t make any sense to put the trash cans, dirty trash cans near the ice cream that you’re preparing and The people standing in line people have to go around the people in the line to put the trash in the trashcan. I hope you take this comment seriously because it makes a lot of sense my suggestion also with the business you do you should have one more picnic table for people to sit at thank you for having your place in College Park and thank you for being open all year round

I go to Rita’s every single week. Usually on Saturday. Have to say it’s awesome to go and get that delicious Blue Raspberry ice (when they have it lol 💛💛💛). This app makes it so easy to get free treats. And I must say, the employees are fantastic. I must highlight Silas the employee. He is my favorite employee there at the cherry dale location. When I go in on Saturdays he’s usually there. If you see him give him a high five. He loves that. I also have to highlight how clean the store always is. The employees are kind and helpful and make me feel so loved 🥰🥰🥰.

This is a needed suggestion. PLEASE add a “flavor locator” to your app. I love Rita’s water ice, but no place I go to has my favorite flavor. I have to travel to several places far from the closest location to sometimes find it. Also, please allow for “mobile ordering” at all locations and possibly keeping some locations open during the off season..I live in Philly, Pa. home of the soft pretzels and water ice..Thanks

It has been a year since I first tried and I still cannot get through the registration, it just goes to a blank screen with no other option than to shut the whole app down. I go to Rita’s often so using the rewards systems would be nice. Since they encourage having the app on the first day of spring all of a sudden, do I have to miss out on the free ice day because I can’t get the app to do what it’s suppose to? It’s not my fault, I already have the account, it just won’t let me complete the registration and it’s very frustrating!
