I downloaded this application as an alternative to the messenger that starts with “T”, and I really like it. It has all the necessary functions for comfortable use.I would really like to add an update to the application in the use of geolocation display: make it visible to the selected contact for a while until I decide to turn it off myself, and not only for 8 hours.And the ability to add your own stickers🙏🙏🙏

Overall, I like the app, but there are a few things that I really hope will be improved.The first issue is with voice messages. Sometimes when I press and hold the microphone button to record a voice message, after I finish speaking and release it, the recording doesn’t stop. I can’t press “Send” or “Stop”—it just keeps recording, and I can’t do anything.The second issue is that audio, videos, and photos load very slowly and often lag. The app also frequently says that the connection is poor, even though my internet is fast and stable.I would also love to have more customization options, such as more chat themes and the ability to customize the bottom navigation bar. For example, it would be great to hide sections I don’t use, like Channels, add other sections, or rearrange the icons.I really hope these issues can be fixed in future updates. I enjoy using the app, but these problems can be quite frustrating sometimes.
Locked Out of My Own Account

After installing BiP on my iPad, the app automatically logged me out of my iPhone. Since then, I have been completely unable to sign back in.Every single login attempt instantly returns the message: “Too many verification codes have been requested. Please try again later.” The problem is that I already waited more than 24 hours between attempts. In fact, this message appears on the very first attempt, before any SMS is even sent.I deleted the app from my iPad, reinstalled it on my iPhone, restarted the phone, waited for days, and nothing changed.Your server locked me out of my own account, and there is no way to recover access. No countdown, no explanation, no self-service recovery, no useful support.This is unacceptable for a messaging app. If users can lose access to their accounts simply by installing the app on another device, your authentication system is fundamentally broken.One star until this is fixed.

We want to fully utilize Bip and abandon Whatsapp completely. We hope you will continue to update the app and equip it with other features like sticker, gif, etc. We also notice that sometimes there’s a lag in sending photos / videos; please look into that. Otherwise, love Bip very much!!
