Mobile Deposit
Member hoping to stay!!
I recently moved from RGV and no longer have the access to drive up and deposit my check. I am really considering closing my account and moving to a local credit union here in my new town because it has become a challenge to make deposit. I do have an ACH that goes into my checking account but at time I would like to ability to deposit an additional check into my Money Market or Savings. I don’t know if the credit union has any plans on enabling mobile deposit, but that feature would defiantly be a saving grace and a good reason to stay. Member since 2000.
Not Customer friendly!

I’ve been banking with this bank for 40 years And not once have I ever felt it was customer friendly from hidden banking fee to unfriendly drive-through clerks to always having to call when the system isn’t working the way that other banking system. it’s just antiquated and does not keep up with the times. The I’ve stayed there is because it’s such a hassle to change direct deposit and the lag time is too long normally and I’m sure this bank would make it even harder.
New update is horrible!

The new update for the Mobiliti app is beyond horrible, I’m currently stationed out of Texas and will be moving overseas for an assignment and I cannot access my account. I have deleted and reinstalled the app to see if it was a minor bug issue and I still can’t access my account. Not only does this app not function well, it is difficult to get in touch with the branches or let alone speak to someone. The old update was bearable and easy to access, hopefully these issues can get resolved, thank you for your time.
