With the redesigned TriNet Mobile app, employees can access important HR details, and admins have the freedom and flexibility to manage HR from the palm of their hands. TriNet Mobile is available for free to all active TriNet employees, and provides secure access to your HR information.
Key Capabilities:
* Money - View a summary of your most recent paycheck with a detailed breakdown of earnings, taxes and benefits. Compare previous paychecks and access W-2 and W-4 forms. Admins can review and approve payroll on the go.
* Benefits - Access member identification cards from certain medical insurance providers for yourself and covered family members. View TriNet benefits coverage including medical, life, disability and flexible spending account details. During TriNet’s annual Open Enrollment, review and re-enroll in your current benefit plans.
* Time Off - View your available balance and request time off. Managers and admins can approve time off for team members.
* Flexible Spending Accounts: View your transaction details and status, or submit claims and receipts.
* Perks – Access popular deals including discounts on movie tickets, restaurants, car rentals and Apple devices
* Directory/Team – View profiles of your manager, colleagues and team members, and contact them easily through call, email and chat.
* My To Do’s – View and complete employee to-do items directly from the dashboard (time off requests, expense reports, etc.).
* Security – Stay protected through password or biometric security using your TriNet credentials and multi-factor authentication.
* HR – Admins with permissions can add new hires, view employee information such as profile, work, benefits and pay details.

This convenience of using TriNet’s PTO, is amazing. It’s so easy to request time off any time of the day. So much time used to get spent on catching people in the office to get approvals, looking for paper copies, figuring out how many hours I had left, and waiting for days for approval. With TriNet, the approval process is all digital, paperless, and convenient for me to always be able to see what I have and plan with ease. Beginning to end of the requesting process and receive approval takes about 5 minutes!
App is wonderful but it’s lacking a major feature

This app is amazing as explains the title. However, the time and attendance feature is not there. When I work and I have a busy night in the lab all gowned and wearing sterile personal protective equipment, I’m not able to do my attendance sheet until I leave the suite. If that feature was available, I could do my time and attendance sheet right on my phone over the sterile sleeves we used to avoid contaminant our gloves and sleeves. Other than that, the app works great and haven’t had any issue in regard to navigating it or using its native features. If the time and attendance feature becomes available, this app will surely be the best (and earn my 5 stars) as it currently has more features than similar apps used by companies to log work times and breaks.

Chat times out too soon

TriNet really needs to increase its time before it times out. Sometimes I’m in the middle of writing responses and you end the chat. On the desktop version you can at least see how much more time you have, but on the phone app you cannot. I have already tried chatting twice and gotten timed out and it’s extremely frustrating. Because it doesn’t give you an option to revitalize the chat with the same person. You are forced to start over from the beginning completely. When it comes out, there should be an option that says are you finished or do you need to continue the chat and then it should bring you back to the same chat.
Great App wish it was designed to look better on iPhone X

The app is great in regards to functionality. I can view the times off my pay, my benefits all from the app. 2 big bummers for me that should be addressed. First, the app even though it implements Face ID it is not designed for the iPhone X in terms of layout which makes no sense. You implemented Face ID (iPhone X only feature) but fail to make the app look right. Second bummer is that you can’t go to TriNet marketplace through the app. Even if it’s just a hyperlink implementing SSO that would be helpful. Instead you are forcing people to use a mobile website (which isn’t much better) than the app you tout. If they fix those 2 things it would be a great app. So far it just falls short from a mobile perspective.
