Overall a great app, but I always have a red notification on the app that won’t clear. In the past I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app to get it to clear.

my last try at a nickname
Kept up to date with security features. Something that seems off: when selecting the first beneficiary to be paid, the list ‘jumps/move’ down, sometimes the selected beneficiary jumps off the visible list at the bottom of the screen. This is a bit irritating. This happens as the app has to make space at the top of the beneficiary page to show all the beneficiaries selected to be paid. Is this function really necessary?

Less bloat - simple, intuitive UI

Having used most of the other banking apps for most of the big banks in SA for many years, it’s refreshing to use an app that is simplistic by design and intuitive - thought out without the bloat all the other banking apps have.

Can’t search beneficiaries
Witspring
Can’t search beneficiaries. Cannot download payments retrospectively or send confirmation of payment from app. Cannot add once off payment beneficiary as a new permanent beneficiary if you change your mind or don’t set the beneficiary up first before going to payment section. Kinda poor quality app for such a good bank.
