I wish there was a lower rating, I have been a customer with this bank for more than 9 months, still can’t use FACE ID like any other bank, I have to type it in every time I login, also, good luck if you call customer service, they put you on hold for ever, and if you choose the option of they calling you back, it never happens, they helping other customers!!!

What is the point of this app? I have a CD with them and this just shows the last 2 month’s balances. No other history. Can’t do anything else. Didn’t even know that if you log into their site on a browser, it’s COMPLETELY different than this app. That actually shows you things and gives u options!

Worst Internet Banking Experience

I have not had a worse internet banking experience with any other bank.They make it so hard to get into your own account. No Face ID so you have to log in every single time with a password. Even then, it’s a hit or miss on whether you will get on or not. When I tried to sign in with my user id online, it gave me a list of random numbers to either call or text. I used the same name and password on the app and it was fine. Geez. My CD is only for 9 months but I will be closing the acct and moving it to some place that allows easier access.
