Annoying ads

I love this game! It is a lot of fun. However there are a few ads that pop up that are annoying. The ads seem to freeze my screen. I cannot skip or get out of it. I either have to press “ learn more or shop now. Sometimes something else “. It is sometimes still there after I play another game and go back to Word Crossy. Do I need to get a different game tp play? Why doesn’t the ad have an “X” to press when the ad is done? P.j.sss

I love this game! It is a lot of fun. However there are a few ads that pop up that are annoying. The ads seem to freeze my screen. I cannot skip or get out of it. Clearly, the developer prefers the ad revenue to offering a fee for an ad-free game. The ads are obtrusive, obnoxious, take longer to run through than to complete a word search puzzle. You cannot stop them from running through their programs. And you’d never choose to download, which is why they’re camping on here, for exposure. I would gladly pay a fee for ad-free, as this is a nice, challenging game. That’s one reason for 3 *s. They also don’t annoy you with kitschy comic elements and competitions for foolish prizes. If you hate 3 minute ads every 2 1-minute games, don’t get this one. If there were no ads, I’d give this 5*s. I’ve downloaded others now, and will play those, instead.

I just love this game and have it on my iPad and iPhone I can play for hours which I used to. But recently every time you finish one game you have to sit through a minute of ads. It used to not be like that. I’ve been playing for years now I just play for 3 minutes and have to sit through 6 ads. I’m so disappointed. Please take the time to read our reviews and lessen the amount of ads. As much as I love this game I’m going to be forced to stop playing it as I don’t have the patience to sit through so many long ads. Please fix this soon

I just love this game and have it on my iPad and iPhone I can play for hours which I used to. But recently every time you finish one game you have to sit through a minute of ads. It used to not be like that. I’ve been playing for years now I just play for 3 minutes and have to sit through 6 ads. I’m so disappointed. Please take the time to read our reviews and lessen the amount of ads. As much as I love this game I’m going to be forced to stop playing it as I don’t have the patience to sit through so many long ads. Please fix this soon

At first, the game was great. There was barely any words and it was fun. After you get to a certain level in each category though, it gets very repetitive and annoying. It sneakily takes away some of your time without telling you and you have to watch ads to get it back, each time you start a new game. The words sometimes don’t fit the category and get repetitive. The game just gives you the same words, less time, and a random, more difficult crossword time. It’s clear that this game was made just to make money, you can do the same level over and over again and not get anywhere. I’m just over all upset with it.
