In Activity under Checking Account Details, where I have made a Transfer note it says “from [transfer note]”. This makes it look like a transfer into my account is from a business rather than a transaction from my savings account to my checking account. For example: “Transfer from Verizon Wireless” is ACTUALLY a transfer from my savings account to my checking account that I made for an upcoming Verizon auto-pay withdrawal and NOT a deposit or transfer from Verizon into my account!For Transfers between accounts, please put the account the transfer is coming from on the Activity page ALONG WITH the memo I may have made for the transfer.

The all is solid and works well. No issues with thumbprint login.I would love to see account transactions similar to the website, a bit more detail on who, what, when.The online deposit is great, but sometimes the program gets really finicky about the back picture, seems to occasionally zoom the picture, making it larger than the front. It also sometimes will say a part of the check is missing, yet the photo reveals that the entire check is within the boxes.

1. movement to different screens requires excessive number of clicks. E.g., to move from checking/draft to savings/prime requires you first return to Home Screen before proceeding to the desired screen. 2. logout requires extra screen moves. E.g., after clicking “menu”, must scroll to bottom of list. This should be more accessible by placing it nearer the top & possibly on the master template for the website. Thus it would be immediately available from any page. 3. excessive number of login credentials are required (which could be reduced). E.g., if an individual has a trust account & an LLC account, it requires 3 separate logins. This lends itself to more tracking to maintain the various logins. For example, Wells Fargo site allows a login per individual. From the login, the individual can manage each account by selecting the account from a pull down box located at the top of the current account being viewed. Thus (as an illustration) the pull down menu consists of: Individual checking Individual saving Trust checking Trust saving LLC checking LLC saving Thereby, each account is more readily available to the member. Or in other words, it is more user friendly. Topside app has only minimum user friendly features.

The mobile deposit feature is AWFUL! The initial image it shows of the check before I take the picture is rotated 90 degrees. I finally figured out that I need to move my phone in all planes to get the image to appear correctly before I snap the picture. Once snapped, it constantly tells me that the amount does not match what I entered even though it does—on a printed, not handwritten, check. I go through this charade at least 100 times before I finally find some sweet spot where the check edges are actually clipped and my finger may be in the picture before it finally accepts the image. This has happened multiple times in the last few months. Takes 30 minutes to do a mobile deposit—beyond frustrating
