Start your outdoor adventure with the Fottur, biking and hiking app and discover new trails and routes. Choose your favorite activity: hiking, biking, backpacking, or trail running; explore nature, and improve your physical and mental well-being.
You don't need to be a professional hiker, trail runner, or cycler, all you need is your smartphone!
Open the trail app and plan your route in detail:
• Choose your activity type: hiking, road or mountain biking, trail running, backpacking, or just walking
• Choose from numerous trail maps: satellite, terrain, USGS topo, or terrain mode
• Find the perfect route for you and start your next adventure
After the app loads the map, you will see your current location. Then, using the different map views you'll be able to intuitively understand the terrain. It's biking and hiking navigation made easy!
Use the bike and hike tracker to see your:
• activity time - you can pause or stop the timer anytime you want
• elevation stats - cumulative elevation gain and loss, as well as an elevation chart
• distance stats - track walking distance or the number of miles you cycled
• average speed and pace
All your hikes are saved to your account, so you can repeat your favorite routes and compare your hiking or biking progress!
SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.

I have enjoyed the app for finding trails as we have recently moved and I am unfamiliar with the area. HOWEVER, I have been unable to find my subscription information. There is no payment info in the app nor can I find any detailed account information on the website. In the event I need to cancel or change my payment source, I have no idea where to do that. I also have looked under my subscriptions on my iPhone and Fottur doesn’t even appear there. The amount recently charged to my credit card is not one of the amounts listed in this app description.

Great app for a bigger hiker! I could take my 2 year old to a city hike as well as explore some harder trails! Looove the filters that helped me find the perfect trail for our adventures! The app is easy to navigate and use! Will work for more advanced hiker too! 5/5!

Terrible app! It shows walks along city streets rather than trails so it seems like you have a lot of options but basically you are walking through town There is no way to access your subscription settings so you can’t cancel , probably unless you sign up via the App Store. So if you start anywhere else you’ll be overpaying for ever!There is an extreme focus on weight loss and the assumption that if you are over a certain weight you must be out of shape. The suggested activities are far below my regular activity level but there is no way to change them in the app. Along with the implied messaging that I must be unhealthy, this is totally discouraging. And annoying. Sign up for AllTrails instead! Less money and more functionality without the focus on weight loss.

The app is not working as expected. It doesn’t mark items as completed when I finish my daily plan. Links within the reading section do not work. Searching for specific trails is frustrating. I cannot login on the website because it makes me go through the startup quiz and there is no spot to just login so that I can cancel. The app doesn’t take you to any place to manage my subscription. This entire experience is frustrating.
