TRAC-196: Separate notifications and subscription loading. Manage push token has a background asynchronous call.
TRAC-182: Subscription Tab: Implement pagination (currently showing only 50 items), add text-based filtering/search, and optimize API handling for efficient data loading
TRAC-191: Bulk Delete Notifications with Multi-Select Feature and Make the Asynchronous call work without latency
