I love that I can select a program and it track my reps/sets. I like having guidance on what I should do each day. I have a hard time structuring my own workouts to be effective. I decided to purchase the app because I have followed these girls for a few years and they obviously know what works. I feel the workouts are effective and challenging. A few things are annoying with the app and could be improved. If you accidentally close the app your timer stops/ resets and then once you open it you have to restart the workout. It should just continue to track time. I like tracking the weight I'm using each workout and I know I’m increasing but I would like it to still show previous workouts weight and not replace it when I do a new workout. That way I can look back to see how much I have increased in weight over time. I would also like a little more info/ guidance in the plan regarding the meal logging/ workouts. I have noticed it resets at a certain point during the day. What point ? Who knows? I work out at night and when I log my last meal or protein shake it takes it off tomorrows macros. Does this mean I shouldn’t eat after a certain time? Notation regarding this would be great as timing of meals can have a big impact on the outcome. It would also be nice for it to save your macros each day similar to myfitness pal. (Which still having to use is some what a pain. )So that you can look back and say well this week I was over 3 day or under however many, instead of it just resetting to zero. There is not info on regarding warm ups. There are warm ups but it doesn’t say if you should do one or anything. Also cardio should I still be doing cardio ? Also there are sets for some exercise that reduce reps each time. Should you be increase weights when that happens? I had to email the support to find out. It would be nice if you can access and purchase the cutting/bulking workouts offered. I have no clue where to find those and that has kept me from going ahead and purchasing them. Again I love the app but just a few improvements would make it so much better!

User Interface Never Updated

Finally cancelled after using this app for 2 years as it is quite pricey for what you get and the user interface has never been updated/no improvements are actually being made to the app experience itself - i.e. you can only change an exercise if it has the same name(meaning can’t change for another exercise that works the same muscle if it doesn’t have the same terminology in it), if you change the exercise it tracks as the original exercise not the one you swapped for, and if you repeat a workout it already looked complete so makes it hard to track while working out. The last one is extra frustrating because almost ever new workout plan they’ve dropped in the last 1+ years is an additional cost of $60+ dollars, which I don’t want to spend, so I’ve repeated multiple programs and daily workouts instead. For those of you that follow the KKFIT twins, you’re honestly better off stalking them and doing older workouts they posted on their IG page.

App is just OK for $20 a month. Has constant glitches and freezes. Warm ups do not allow you to switch workouts like it says you can. Also a lot of random little things they don’t explain. Like RPE etc. a few things I didn’t know even as someone who lifted for years and years. Also I feel like they should have more info on your sets. Like keep this one at the same weight or increase or burn out. I also wish nutrition was explained more in reference to what program you are doing. Wish also had an easier macro tracker. I don’t find the nutrition info very useful. Have followed these girls for ages and started cuz I would see them at my gym and tried to peep their workouts. So kinda disappointed in this app. They should also let you view the app set up before signing up. Also kind of silly you can’t do the challenges for free if you’re paying monthly..Best if you’re somewhat knowledgeable on lifting and want a solid trainer level program (just workouts) to get specific results.

Use most of the functions of the app, wish there were more meal ideas though. After you have made all the meals it tends to get mundane recycling them. got on the app this morning to start my next workout and it says I’ve only completed 0% of the entire program (yesterday I was at 32%, and on week 4). I go through and it looks like I haven’t done any of the days/weeks but then when I click on a day, it looks like I have completed each exercise. good thing I remembered what week I was on, otherwise I might be doing the program longer or shorter than I am supposed to.
