After much research on which platform I should use for my beauty bar relaunch, I felt beacons would be perfect for me. I love the concept & design, I also felt it was simple enough for clients to book their services with a nice site to match. My downfall at the moment is that I can not close out my calendar on specific dates/ times, I even tried booking appointments from a clients stand point to close out my books that way & the appointment still shows at available? This means that I would end up getting double booked which would create trouble in the future for me & my clients. I’ve tried emailing & calling beacons but no one answers on the contact side. I would love to stay on the platform after spending so much time building my site & purchasing a subscription, but at this point I feel I will have to turn to another platform

For the second time now, I’m extremely frustrated with Beacons. Last month I paid for the $30 plan, and the month before that I paid for the Pro plan plus the custom domain (which I paid for yearly).My Pro plan was still active, but I canceled it only to stop the next payment. Instead, I immediately lost all Pro benefits, even though I had already paid for the current month and still had 5 days left. I assumed I’d be able to use what I paid for until the billing period ended, but that wasn’t the case.On top of that, the custom domain I paid for for the entire year was removed as well. I paid for a year, yet it disappeared the moment I canceled the Pro plan. Now my store can’t even be found anymore.This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Everything just seems to keep getting worse with Beacons, and at this point I’m seriously considering switching to Stan Store instead.

I initially used the Beacons website as an efficient way to organize my links and create an appealing landing page for customers. However, I encountered some confusion when attempting to upload images. The website prompted me to “get started by adding a Beacons app,” which I assumed referred to the app itself. Unfortunately, opening the media section within the app led to the same message. I would appreciate assistance on how to effectively upload images within the platform. Thank you!

I started using my free beacons link since March of 2022. On January of 2023 I started paying for the pro creator upgrade. I am not one to pay for many subscriptions but this one is actually worth it.I did not know there was an app now, I was still using the website browser 🤭 It works exactly the same but somehow it just feels more convenient from the app. The first day I downloaded it did not let me log in through my gmail but after that first day I was able to, not sure why is that. I signed up for the email marketing waitlist and I am using the automated email feature now and it has been super helpful. I also sent my first email campaign and I am happy with how easy it is to navigate the email marketing.
