It’s a great app, but there’s some issues with it - it takes too long to update after you’ve fulfilled your end of the deal- and you often have to wait quite some time to request new products, and there’s multiple of my videos that says there’s fulfillment issues when there’s clearly isn’t. I’ve posted multiple videos. I’ve not yet been paid by them nor will anyone answer me to find out to get paid! Also you can’t even search for a product? You have to go through every single thing to find anything you’re possibly looking for!

I got two products fairly easily. However one of them was falsely advertised so I could not make a video of it (weight limit of product was off by 70 pounds). The seller admitted to the false advertisement and absolved me of any commitment. TikTok took care of it on their end however, YooFinds has still not done anything on their end and it still shows I have not met the content criteria. The product either needs to be removed from my profile so I can get a different sample or I need to receive credit for it. Otherwise I have no way of ordering any further samples through them. I sent messages 10 days ago and they responded once asking what I’d like to do and then just stopped responding. I’ve sent two additional messages with no response. Another problem is that you can not easily find products. There is no search or any way to really search through products other than large/broad categories and just scrolling. All in all I’ve given it two stars because it has a good concept but needs tinkering and needs better support. And at the end of the day I can’t use the app because of errors and lack of communication on their end.

Yes you can get samples. But as soon as you run into an issue, you’re done. Like right now there was a linking issue between one of my samples and my other sample is no longer sold on the TikTok shop so where I’m at right now I can only get two samples at a time and I’m stuck because I can’t promote the one sample so it won’t get marked off of my list and then the other one isn’t registering and customer service just completely ignores you and I can’t delete the account because once it is connected to a TikTok account if you delete it, you can’t re-add it to the same TikTok account. It sounded great at first, but honestly, if I would’ve known it was gonna be absolutely impossible to get a hold of anybody that I was just going to be ignored that you can only get in contact with support via WhatsApp and they never respond and no matter what you do like I’ve been sitting here waiting for over a week for my video link to be viewed so that my video can be approved showing that I did in fact do my due diligence on what I was supposed to do I never would’ve started
