This app is awful. The data between screens does not match (performance info). The data does not match the actual web site. Every time I use the self generated password it does not save it. Every time I choose my own password it tells me it’s incorrect when I log back in. I even set up Face ID to sign in and once I signed out the Face ID option was completely gone the next time I tried to sign on. If they can’t build a decent app I’m not sure I should trust them with my retirement.

For a company that holds all the money, you would think some of it would be used for a better app with a nice UX. Not around here! This app is glitchy, clunky, ugly, and NEVER ACCEPTS MY LOGIN CREDENTIALS. I literally have to change my password each and every time I’m logged out because when I try to login using my credentials that I know are true and accurate, the app is like— NOPE. Genuinely despise this app with a heated passion. Fix it please, for the love of god.

I like the app but wish each asset class could be broken down further to the individual stock level. Also, could a Face ID be implemented for login purposes. Thank you.

Terrible app. Doesn’t give the dark feature as an option. Fonts are too small hard to read on a phone. Cannot move from page to page without freezing. I had to turn off my phone to get out of the app. Doesn’t hold passwords.I will most likely drop this company and return to my former financial co.
