I would have given it a 5 stars for its great user interface and ease of navigation, I’ve tried multiple apps for medical tracking, I just need record keeping, no fancy integrations and none compares to it, well thought out and designed, I love how it’s structured, it has everything I want except one critical component which for this reason I can’t use it at all! The ability to scan documents. I have years of hand written notes that would be great if I could upload them in which some other similar apps easily do! I can’t add a photo, a screenshot, nothing. Unless I’m missing something it’s just not there. What a disappointment. I am giving it a 4 for the overall effort despite this drawback. If it ever had that function someday, I think it would be highly successful.

I would’ve have given a better rating but it’s not easy to see all appointments with information related to it. When I click into an appointment it will say the information and the hospital name but it won’t give me an option to display or click into the hospital name and get the information for that doctor or hospital. I would love the app organization to get more simple that I should be able to have all doctors and practices and hospitals added and when I wanna see all upcoming appointments it shall give me clear information for all appointments including the number and address.

All the details I need for “Doctor Season”!

My annual check up appointments seem to be grouped together around this time of year and I love using KeepTrack Med to keep track! It has all my appointment times, locations and info. Each time I have to fill out the check in info for the doctors, I use the data I have in the app to fill them out. I have my records from other doctors, my medication list and my pharmacy name and phone number in one place so I can input the data into the various intake portals as required. And when I’m not feeling well, I also use it to track my symptoms to relay to medical staff if needed. All in all, this is an extremely handy tool to have!

I love the easy to understand interface layout, the many categories of information, and the detail that is available. Having all my medical records in one place is really a relief. My favorite feature is the upcoming appointments and the past conditions. You can see patterns. I would like to see a way in the future to export ALL my data and back it up locally. I would like to see the dates for conditions available prior to 1970. These are minor. Overall it’s the best I’ve seen for medical records.
