Saltie

Fast diabetes and food tracker

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Made by the parents of a kid with Type 1 diabetes and food allergies, Saltie was designed to help make bolusing for meals and recipes easier. Saltie lets you log your meals, insulin, blood sugar, activities like exercise. You can also create recipes - even using other recipes as base ingredients - and Saltie will calculate the nutritional data for you. Saltie also features a barcode scanner that makes it easy to search a trustworthy food database of 400k foods. You can invite others to your account - for example other family members, caregivers, or medical professionals - to help you manage and make adjustments. You can leave comments on foods, meals, and other events. And Saltie includes several reports on your nutritional and diabetes data that help you visualize how things are going.
