Loan borrowers should be able to pay their loan payments in credit/debit/picture check/via message on this new app. Bi-weekly and weekly payment options with no set amount restrictions should be available as well. This app is too limited when it comes to making payments/mortgage statements. Notifications also should come to the loan borrowers via text about updating payment plans or details 24-72 hours ahead of time. Please update the app before the NEW YEAR 2025!

I stopped what I was doing to leave this review. The poor and unintuitive interaction with the iOS password manager should make Apple ban this app. It’s confusing at best and a security risk at worst. How hard is it. First world problem - I’m locked into a sub-3% interest rate. Unfortunately I’m also locked in with this terrible, terrible app.

This app NEVER works when I am trying to login to pay my mortgage. I try reloading multiple times to no avail. I hate it and hate that this is the only way to pay my mortgage online. Do not recommend.
